Description
This puffin painting was created in watercolor on commission for a couple who had just traveled to a place loaded with these little birds, and wanted a piece to commemorate the trip. I mean really, who doesn’t just love a puffin? This is by no means the first time I’ve painted puffins! In fact they remain one of the most popular illustrations from my book Where Do I Sleep, and are also a favorite lesson when teaching Summer Art Camps at Bellingham Art.
The original was 12 x 12 inches and is no longer available, but I’m happy to offer archival reproductions on paper or canvas.
10 x 10 inches
Paper prints are on Arches Aquarelle Archival Paper with acid-free backing materials.
Canvas prints are on archival canvas and framed in a charcoal float frame.
Please note that framed sizes (for paper prints) are approximately 5 inches per side larger than the artwork dimensions. Canvas frames are approximately 1.5 inches larger than the artwork dimensions. Framing is done to order, so allow at least two weeks for handling and shipping.
